In addition, we improved our results in every service category over prior years. One of the key ways we are able to achieve such high marks from our clients is due to our unique client service model and our strong service culture.
But we're not going to rest on our laurels...our objective is to uncover areas for improvement, and we take the feedback provided by our clients seriously.
